Paid products (Pro subscription, premium toolkit, human-reviewed reports, team access) are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms.

• Subscription (Pro): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds for the current billing period.
• One-time purchases (Toolkit, Reports): Non-refundable after delivery. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days.
• Team access: Invoiced or payment-link based. Cancellation terms specified in the team agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

• Do not paste confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information (PII) into BA Assistant.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and the outputs you use.
• You agree not to misuse the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on touseefshaik.com (text, design, code) is owned by Touseef Shaik unless otherwise noted. AI-generated reports produced by BA Assistant belong to the user, subject to the AI model provider's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
